Berkeley County Sheriff’s department arrests suspect in Pineville shooting.  The department sent News 2 this statement:

The Berkeley County Sheriff’s Office has made an arrest in connection the armed robbery that occurred Monday night at Thornhill’s Grocery on Edgewater Rd. in Pineville.

An around-the-clock intensive investigation has led to the arrest of Jubary Danzell President (age 18 DOB 05-07-01991).  President’s address is listed as 181 Keneshia Ln. Cross, SC.

He is charged with:  1 Count of Armed Robbery
                     
                      3 Counts of Assault & Battery with Intent To Kill
                   
                      1 Count of Possession of a Firearm during the commission of a Violent                          
                      Crime

A bond hearing for the suspect will be tonight at 7 PM at the Hill-Finklea Detention Center in Moncks Corner.
